Dehydrated Curry Leaf Powder is a finely ground powder made by drying fresh curry leaves (Murraya koenigii) and grinding them. It retains much of the flavor, aroma, and nutritional benefits of fresh curry leaves and is widely used in Indian cooking, health supplements, and spice blends.
